Santiago Michalek is a world renowned artist who specializes in real life works of vintage cars, trains, motorcycles, and ships. Santiago, who previously owned a business restoring vintage Volkswagen bugs and buses, is fascinated by the emotional attachment and nostalgia that we often place on old vehicles. Our aim for this project was to create a minimalist aesthetic so as not to detract from the subject matter, and to ensure that the viewer's focus was firmly affixed upon the beautiful works of art on display.
